MT2 updater missing Editor..... hmmm

hello,
I can play tracks on servers on the new TM2 patch, but I cannot actually make any tracks as there is no editor....

Have they moved it as I have now re-installed 3x now and cannot see it onscreen.
Any ideas. Here is a screenshot.

scroll to the right with the mouse, click on canyon... ._. and you CAN see it on the screen.

Scroll to the right where? there is nothing that says canyon onscreen other than the server.
I don't want servers, I want the editor.

click 2 times on the title "CANYON" and then you get the standard Canyon menu with solo mode editor profile and more

And you can scroll by holding the left mouse button and pull everything to the left. alternatively you can also scroll with the arrow keys, if I am not wrong
