They are in the standard Valley editor. Train tracks are in the Block Mode , folder 10 (second one from the right) Loco and Wagons are in the Item Mode (Folder named "Trains") Not sure if you can add trains in other titlepacks. Haven't seen t...

I didn't get a chance to check all entries and let people know if their maps fit the rules or not. I'll do that tomorrow (Sunday). If any are outside the rules, I may give them a few days to fix their map. But lets cross that bridge when we get there...
