[90MC - 13] Celebration

15 years!!!!!
Time for some Celebration!

This is my entry for the 90MC.

The theme:
- Your map display cost (the number on the top right hand corner under you map name and login) have to end with 15. E.g 6715 CC works, so does 1015CC, but 8154CC doesn’t
- You have to drive on at least one block that adds up to 15. For example the Stadium road code is
1-1-1, and 1+1+1 = 3 so this block doesn’t count. If you drive on 4-6-5, 4+6+5 = 15, this block fits the rule.

This is a chill CanyonCar on Lagoon track. With all the surfaces included. Not very fast paced, so it should be not too difficult.
- Display cost: 5015
- Blocks: 3-5-7 and 1-6-8
