hey all, just thought i'd share my finding here:

If you still have tmnforever installed, dive into the install dir (not the mydocuments folder) and go to TmNationsForever\GameData\Skins\Any\Advertisement

copy all .BIK files from that folder.

now go to My Documents\ManiaPlanet\Skins\Any\Advertisement and paste them there (overwrite if necessary)

launch game and the arrow signs are back. (instead of those white signs)


Haven't found the proper location for the blue border signs yet, they can be found in the installdir TmNationsForever\GameData\Skins\Stadium\CircuitScreen

Sidenote: this also works for entire servers!!!!

Just move the signs to Userdata/Skins/Any/Advertisement and the signs of all visitors automagically appear!!
(p2p has to be enabled of course)

Well, i have other pack with all old advertisements (From TMO to TM2 era).

I may post it here later.
It will also be needed for a track that i made.

if i build a map... will other guys see this signs?

You could maybe create locators for those files. Then you'd ensure other players would see them.
