new patch broke the game?

is it just me or did the latest patch broke the game, so you can't put blocks on dirt-hills anymore?

Same for me

Can put blocks on the sides of the dirt hills, but not on the flat raised dirt

Must be a bug, hopefully it'll be fixed soon
