wrong precompiled shaders

I cant download and play any maps from ManiaExchange.

!! Wrong Pre-Compiled GPU Shaders !!

Gpu Pre-Compiled cache is cleared due to Platform changed?!
PLEASE USE RIGHT PRE-COMPILED SHADERS

What does this mean -- How do I fix it, please?
