Mappacks not running

Hi
Every time I download a map pack and start racing on it, Trackmania stops running completely and goes back to the desktop.
But other maps downloaded individually work properly.

How should I race on maps from map packs??

Can you give a specific example of a map that works fine by itself, and a mappack where we can test if it crashes?
