oups! I did it again

!THIS IS NOT THE SAME MAP like on WTC SPECIAL EVENT!
it is baisicly the same, but start is differnt (extra path including two checkpoints),
also added some checkpoints and simplificated a jump for less pain.
some deco blocks plus direction signs.
