MTC Rust City revamp

Return of rusty boi.

*Replaced every building block with lower polly ones (also more consistent windows).
*Smoother overal track flow (bridges are larger in some cases/ less janky but now there are obstacles on them).
*Had coppers to spare so now the Buildings have doors, and there are some low poly people dude things spectating by the side of the road (also dumpsters n trashbags because you gotta have that trAsh).
*textures are a bit better although the road does still cover the windows in some places. i could fix that one but i did not have time, still not that big off an issue(makes sence where there´s sand but not where there are helixes etc).

overall the map feels more alive and it has that same modern-arcadish warpy depth i go for in my arena extras maps etc.

its not supposed to be heavily FS oriented so braking or letting off throttle is required in some instances (there are signs indicating when to slow down and also signs telling the turning degree of the turn).

My goal for this revamp was to adress some of the critique in the comments from the original such as the unmatching texttures and boring areas (tried my best on that one).

Anyhow to what, hope you have fun trying to navigate through this narrow mess xD.
