Welcome to Otsuka, a northern farming village that is currently covered in snow! I've tried to create a realistic atmosphere to race in, cutting through fields and driving by farmers' houses on the track to setting your best time.

Big thanks to Larentz for releasing a bunch of items, which was the inspiration for me to start this map.
