Hey MX,

astroman and I have finished our
common project called ~Flooded~

Track description:
Well, hehe check the DC - it's a huge thing.
The whole grid is used with hills, mountains, holes,
water and the latest blocks/meshes from xrayjay
and ... a quite fast line with a few huge jumps.

Formerly there was only a long "concrete snake" within
a long canyon map from astroman. Many boosts and a
nice fullspeed line.
This easy map with the given speed was totally fun to race.
I've started to add stuff immediately. While the common phase
I've lowered a few parts to reach the water and then the idea was
born to build a track around a theme water/Construction site
of a dam - something like this.
xrayjay's custom blocks and especially his pipes becomes
SO USEFUL - we simply had to go on with this.

So - Have fun there.

2 Months ago, Slow and I started accidentally into conversation
with each other and we talked about creating tracks and had
some different ideas.
Slow tryd out some old ideas of mine and after discussing, he had
the idea to build in some new elements into my old map
"Midnight drift" and to create a complete new revision.
So he aksked me if I was interested to start a common project.
That was the beginning of our work :-)

the reason to prevent myself getting bored from the editor.

We never calculated any turns but the map was driven very often.
There are idd a few tight turns but also enough space to handle it.
Well, I'm curious about your replay, so - come on. Hehehe;)
btw. do you wanna drive a map with REAL tight turns ?!

Thanks a lot my friend that you have found the time to drive
our map.(y) Well, you know about the little problem some of the
mapauthors still got. The own map was driven so often that
they lost their eyes for some things. But tbh, i can't find parts
which are unpolished, except its again a tiny little bit more
harder then my last map "Disturbia". ;)

Criticism is ALWAYS welcome. :done: It's needed to reach higher levels.
At least - we all like or dislike different things. This track isn't perfect and I know this
but we drove there al lot and it's fun if you know the harder spots and
if you know where and how to aim for it, to drive flowy.
MT work takes a lot of time and it depends on the idea and the choosen music.
I always start with the music selection which must fit the map in gerneral.
Flying around a bit while listening to the music and then I got my ideas.
The opposite way is working too but its way harder to get a feeling. I'll notice
it when I start smiling. Sounds weird - but I am idd a little bit weird (it fits my age) ;)

Really, a good time is cool but not necessary. My target is
to have some fun with the whole map. At the moment I'm still
focused on the MT work and not the track. Maybe, no - it's definately
wrong but I will try to think about it.:d
Well, your time isn't bad and with more hunting you'll get a better one
and that's the reason I try to build a location where hunting is fun.
I don't like naked maps, except - they got a VERY cool line to drive.;)
