Quick question, does the "no beta areas" mean you aren't allowed to use the 64x64 maps?
Beta area means that someone else tests your map - this is forbidden to keep the maps secret so it results in a bigger surprise.

I'm pretty sure it just means you can't post the beta version of your map anywhere, be it a forum post or the map_beta_area on the MX discord.
As said, not kind of beta is allowed. The maps shall be kept secret
