In the PM you get when you've registered you get a link to the '[url="http://tm.mania-exchange.com/home/rules"]Community Rules & Guidelines[/url]'. No problem so far, but when you go to page you get this text:

However, here is the problem .... There are no rules or guidelines anywhere. So, can we riot all we want here because it's not forbidden in the rules or what?

Not a bug, but simply a lack of completion on the page. MrA is busy gathering all the rules. Closed.
