[N/A] wrong info track detail

in detail when check my track the at (autor time) time is wrong
maybe nothing

ex.. i got 37.651 and it show 38.00

It rounds it on purpose. I'm not sure why this was the system that was chosen, but it works. I guess we'll all be able to see author times when replay submission becomes available.
