Someone needs to blow something up with dynamite and you are ready for the job. First collect the goodies at the office, then drive to the site, plant the dynamite and get the hell out of there. Be careful, the fuse might be a little short, so you must be quick!!

I had this idea for a long time. Tried something with TMU Bay one day, but never got to finish it.
But finally it's the first time I ever used .dds files as images and extra sound to tell a story. I would've done a voice over and given it just that little bit more, but didn't find the time or had a good English voice myself.
Still need to play with the settings of the media tracker a little more. I'm not completely satisfied with the result. There is always something, right?! :p

It's not to technical but, oh boy, is it fast paced. I had to change a few things at the end, since I had doubt about hitting or not hitting checkpoints or turbo's. This is why the very last turn has no turbo. I almost hit the wires and by almost I mean you skilled riders out there, you would've crashed into them. ;)
Since I raced this track over and over and over again to get everything right I've set a pretty tight time to beat. I'm looking forward to the replays! Good luck!
The first time you have to take the road out (U turn), the second time you almost have to make a full circle. The maps should be obvious and this description will become clear after racing ;)

I hope you guys/girls like it. It's a bit different then usually.

I posted this track yesterday?! or today already, but I wasn't happy with it. I took the time to tell the "full" story, which I had in mind.
I believe it came out pretty nice.
If you don't like stories, don't worry it's still a fun racer as well.

Demolition crew last update!!!!  
I was watching Eyebo's replay and I figured the maps aren't clear enough. So I did a small update!

Update news:
- Blue maps have been updated with the view of 2 roads. One of those to has a red cross over it which means DON'T GO THAT WAY!!!
- sign added at the start
- put in car headlight triggers for the dark parts ingame (I can't see them but they work :p (I don't have a powerful laptop))
- put in car headlight triggers for the dark parts in the outro as wel
- validation time isn't my best :p so I want to see replays!!!!
- Changed the lazy man's route to a narrow entrance just so you peeps would take the "shortcut", JUMP INTO THE LIGHT!!!! it will be fine, I promise.

More story based tracks?  
Should I make more story based tracks? Any pointers from the last one? To fast, to difficult, or to easy, to boring, more sounds?

I'm thinking about making an other story based track.
I got a great idea in mind. For those who remember my old TMU track for snow called "Tuk Tuk Stunts" or my old TMS track for bay called "Stunt Man" wel it's in that direction I'm thinking.
Anybody remember this track?
This probably won't be around until this summer, but I will try and peak your interest :p

I didn't plan on making a track, or even a speedy track, but the temptation was to big and after remodelling the track over and over I'm quite satisfied. It's the first time that I ever made an Intro with ghosts and a GPS (which BTW isn't my best run :p ).

Update news:
New MT work²
- intro² is (sort of) synced with the music (did it twice see comments)
- new GPS ghost (no more funny author crashes :( )
- in car view for loop
- very small change in the outro
Track changes
- after off-road and banked track is the jump easier (unfortunately)
- added pillars at a slide jump. (you'll see)
- last boost has a roof to prevent jumping for GPS and triggering other triggers
- small change in scenery
Slightly better validation! Jeej 8-|
(but my faster replay will eat you alive (after racing the track for ages :p ))

update news
  • Small change to prevent a serious cut. (mlokan found two extra cut's, (not the one in the intro, gps or even my comments) the first one is acceptable because it's a good one and fun but the second one was to serious to leave in :p)
  • Small change in the intro
  • Made an Outro/replay (there is a small glitch that I can't seem to get rid of and don't quite now what it is)

    Validation time is 1:03:50
