Race through the city's storm drain all the way down to the waterfront. Be careful not to crash because there are many obstacles in the way.

Yes, there's more to this track than meets the eye. The whole area is open to explore. You may find some secret areas as well . Might be neat for a hide and seek match in multiplayer. I hope you have fun exploring!

PS - Angle yourself slightly before the drop off at the start. If you don't fall into the road tunnel, it cuts off around 0.3 seconds.
