[RPG] Project H.A.R.P. (updated version)

This track has it moments where you will scratch your head. But everything can be done smoothly, you'll just have to work for it.

For those that do not know what Project H.A.R.P. is, it is a real facility located in Alaska that is swamped with conspiracy theories. It is a government facility that is highly guarded and what is done beyond the fences is kept tightly secret. Security is tight just like at Area 51. Supposedly it is a massive system that can control the earths weather including the creation of earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and tsunamis. I know, but conspiracy theories are interesting to me so I made a track about it. Does the track resemble the actual location? No, but never-the-less, it is another quick and fun track to run.
