1 block per second... You sir, are a master

I put my CP pretty much directly at the beginning, about 3 seconds after the tmjonas CP, because I wanted to put it between the time-consuming respawn route in his part and the only place where you might go off the road hard enough to need a respawn in my part. Hopefully this bit of fridge logic won't cost me points.

My part is 11.5 seconds, it would have been 10 seconds without that last banked-to-flat transition. I asked on Page 1 how to indicate this part is only there to connect a finish line to and can be removed by the next builder. I got no reply so suck it up.

My part is actually 8.65 seconds, but I think adding a turn would be a way cheap way to make it longer, so turns come after my part.
