Dom-TMT #44 v2

This is a rebuilt of my track #44 from TMT - with some differences:
- The wooden platform has been replaced with city-blocks. I built the version with the wood platform on mp4 beforehand, therefore the "v2" in the title.
- The start block is replaced with a multilap-block, because the jump was not doable with it.
- Scenery is a bit different.
