But what exactly is Redlanium? *Vsauce music starts playing*

Well if we connect high revolution rate per minute (RPM) associated with a redline we receive a lot of momentum which translates into speed. So we know Redlanium is fast, but what about Uranium? We know it's an exotic element on the periodic table, but what does it have to do with Redline?

Energy and Danger, which the green substance brigns makes an explosive mix withe the momentum of the Redline.

What we recieve is an energetic, full of adrenaline, tough but unstable combo. This is the short way to describe Redlanium
