First off: This forum needs to be reprogrammed. I had to change the tag brackets to parenthesis because the forum doesn't like them, even in code tags. If you tell me that (include) is my problem then your post will be reported as spam.
I also had to use quote tags because the code tags don't work.
The tag:

What's going on here? Why won't the included file display (besides the parenthesis - don't mention them, I'm not in a joking mood at the moment)?

It happens due to the fact that you call media/manialinks

and it should be: Media\Manialinks
