I can't understand why my locators sign don't work...

Here's a screenshot of my Advertisement folder, maybe it can help you to see the problem.

i.e: in the left.dds.loc , i put this: http://www.petit-fichier.fr/2012/09/04/left/left.dds , then, once in the track editor, i chose the sign file "left.dds" wich is in the Advertisement folder... but it must be wrong cause it won't work..

Help me please.
