Including car skin in a submited replay

I've noticed when downloading a replay that some of them includes the custom skin of the car, and some of them apears with the gray car. I supose those with the gray car is because a custom skin wasn't included on the replay.
How can I include my custom skins in my replays?

I think that if you use locator, it will work.

when you download a skin from ManiaPark just, you also have to download the locator, the download link is just below the normal download link.

The locator is only needed when the skin is in a zip file. If it's a .skin.pack.gbx file it works without if I'm right.
