Particularly not, but the search function is quite cool
Posting this now because it might change in MX 2.0

Do a search without any keywords = all the latest messages appears in descending order.
Write two or more characters inside square brackets = same result, although the messages themselves appears blank.

Changing Content type to "Threads" will list up the latest active, sticky threads. Normal threads starts at the bottom of page 3.
