This is due to the caching of each collection of tracks every five minutes. It's not a bug, but simply a performance feature. (y)

So does this mean that when you upload a track it might take up to 5 minutes before it appears?
Not a problem. When you know it you can deal with it. But maybe you should announce it because I'm guessing that a lot of people are getting confused by this.
