TM² demo track building?

I'd just like to know if the demo version (stadium) lacks some features for track building.

Is everything which is possible in the full version possible with the demo, too?
I only have the demo and I'm not gonna play online cause I only have access to some crappy demo servers

i actually thought that you arent able to use the editor in the demo

I am able to use it
If I connect to online account I can only play on those demo servers
but if I stay offline I can use the editor and play downloaded maps

ok so the only thing youll miss is the install and play funktion, the whole campaign, playing on normal servers and enter on extern titles or join competitions or teams in the game
