Hello, I tried your track, I reached the finish, but I must have missed some CP somewhere.

Ergo, the route is not clear.

Edit 1:
Aparently, it was the second block-mixed CP, which I missed.

Edit 2: The jump on the roof is too hard and has no place in a "mini" track, imho.
