No more Cam 7?

there doesn't seem to be a free look camera whilst racing like in TMNF. In the 'inputs' section it says free look is NUM 7, 9 which doesn't do anything for me.. ??

Pressing once will lock the anchor and target your vehicle.

I still hate the fact it doens't give you an overview anymore. Used to press it every single time the countdown came up. Now I get this stupid feature =(

it still takes longer to move from the car to the overview; + you can't drive while you use this cam
