Environment mixing  
I really love envi-mixing on tmu so I wanted to try on TM2. I had no trouble with canyon or valley as base but for some reason I can't use valley or canyon car on stadium base, anyone knows how to do it? :'(

That's not possible actually. For obscure reasons, Nadeo didn't want to mix the Stadium environment with other titles gameplay :(
