Cannot login on MX from an external plugin

I used to launch a Java plugin made by "Jeanpeche" to automatically upload my replays on MX.

However, I recently got this message in the console: "Cannot login on Mania Exchange : 302". The login & password are the right ones though, and a friend got the same issue.

Please, can someone explain me why I got this error?

MX now redirects pretty much all traffic to https, which likely broke that tool (it received the redirect requests and instead of following it, it simply interprets it as an error).
Any chance the author is still active or that the source code's available?
