I do not know if anyone knows Frank Marino and the Mahogany Rush ?

This song will tell us rock is not dead !
Full of energy. nice solos.
Judge yourself.
For me, it is pure rock as it should be.

My music taste is kinda dependent on my mood so it's from heavy metal to pop sometimes so sometimes so. Though I gotta point out some great bands here:

Good metal/rock bands:
Avenged Sevenfold
AC/DC
Slipknot
Pantera

Good electro bands:
The Prodigy
Pendulum

Yep, it turned out really good as it seems. (listened through it once)

Guess they aren't able to put out a bad record. :p

The last song "The Sparrow" is awesome. One of their best! Loving the Pink Floyd touch.

Huhu :d

I made a own song with computer :p It's something between rock, metal punk & pop, dunno what, and I has no nape yet. Anyway here it is to hate & enjoy ^^ Usually I try techno but this time I wanted something different and I think I succeeded pretty well compared to time I spent with it.

I have a feeling we might have to put an independent topic for own music creations & feedback. Would be cool. :p

About your song Wormi, it's quite basic yet solid. And haha, don't be afraid to use a crash cymbal or two in your songs, could do some magic. :) Oh, what program did you use btw?

Sapp, did you not listen to the last 30 seconds? Full of crash cymbals :p

Overall, it's well done. I have a few nitpicky things to point out. When the acoustic guitar comes in, I hear some noise. I don't know if this was a desired effect or not. I could hear the loops restarting. This is something that really declares music as amateurish imo. The good news is that it's not exceedingly difficult to correct. The guitar solo at the end I felt was a little out of place. It was thin just having lead guitar and drums. If the rhythm guitar and the bass part stayed in, I think it will yield a better ending. This is really picky, so feel free to ignore it. The bassline. It's root notes all the way. You can do some really interesting and funky things with the bass line the most basic of which is the addition of passing tones that lead to the next chord.

Again, a good job on the whole. keep it up (y)

I made it with Magix Msuci Maker 14 with soundclips from 11, 12 & 15 too x) The most noobish program for creating music but also the only I have & I can use. Guitars and drums are parts of clips so transitions between them may be.. well, no so smooth ^^

Thx for feedback :d I sometimes like to play with that programm. Usually it creates an awful quality though.

Very nice song wormi.
Constructive feedback:
- shorten some parts, the song is a bit long
- play it faster to let it really rock
- give the bass something to do as bucky suggested (bass-player talking here)
- skip the solo (makes no sense within the song, sounds like "hey I can play a solo", but it's not "good" enough to impress)
