Leftover: http->https redirect is missing from http://www.mania-exchange.com/ to its https counterpart, it instead shows an IIS default page. Same for http://qm.mania-exchange.com/ (linked from https://mania-exchange.com/ ). The https counterparts themselves are dead too.
