Wtf bug? Block Change AUtomaticly?

Have this really annoying problem. When i'm in the editor the blocks automaticly change every 1sec. I'm not sure how i should describe it, but have you guys some idéas what's wrong? :/

You have a plugin in use. It's called "CrazyCursor" if I remember correct. Remove it from the plugins tab in the editor.

No idea why the put it in there... I guess it's an example on how you can automatically change the block inside the cursor.
