[FIXED]Replays

While trying to upload a replay on
http://tm.mania-exchange.com/tracks/view/9809/mrdvd-mini-31
http://tm.mania-exchange.com/tracks/view/9689

it said: "Your best time does not qualify for submission."
I have a 0.24.36 replay though

in normal cases, I should be able to upload it, not?
or do I misunderstand the system and isn't it a 'bug'?

You just lost the game ...

If you are good enough fro the top 25, yu should be able to upload. Think forzyy is aware and was investigating it.

Still seems to be the + 25 replay issue.
Can't upload my (good enough) replays on tracks that already have 25 submitted replays.
