I've been in a trial state of mind lately, and a few days ago I started wondering how
compact a trial track I could create. A 3x3x3 build space seemed like a nice challenge, and I came up with this track in about an hour.
I was initially worried that it was a bit long for a track with no checkpoints, since it was taking me over a minute to finish, with a good run...then I discovered a way, a technique, that allowed me to drive one part much more quickly.
Then I discovered a way to speed up another part of the track, and then
another part.
The final result being an author time that's a bit over 30 seconds (and I suspect that better drivers will beat my time).
In any case, most drivers should be able to finish the track with a little practice (although I'm sure some of you will be cursing me for the last bit
), but finishing it quickly will take a bit more learning and experimentation.
As always, any feedback is appreciated!
