Second attempt at doing something for this month's contest. Felt like messing around with Valley's stadium-ish blocks for this.
I originally planned to have the triple crossing on both the upper and lower levels, but by the end I kinda didn't feel like figuring out another way to have things loop around. The lower level should still satisfy the contest requirements, though.
5/24/18 edit: changed up a few parts; should adhere to the contest rules a bit more now.
