So this is the first track that I made by using the BAF1 Title Pack, so you must have it otherwise it won't work at all.

This circuit is located in Pirita and crosses the Pirita River twice. It was opened in 1931 for motorcycle races, although it was also use for car racing. Unfourtuneatly the track is inactive after 2006 and thus not useable.
