Up And Out (mtc7)

This track was created for the December 2021 MTC (Monthly Track Contest). This time around, the challenge was to create tracks for all seven current TM2 environments (native: Canyon, Lagoon, Stadium, Valley plus Speed, Alpine, and Island). For this MTC, all seven of my tracks have the theme of "options"--all of them have route choices, multiple finishes, or both. This canyon track is an exercise in contrasts, starting with a little choose-your-path offroading, and ending with some red booster shenanigans.
