Hi there! I've been a trackmania driver for a long time and I've just upgraded to TM2 because of a Steam sale. The only issue I have is that I want to use my old nickname as I had written it on TMU. It looks like this:

The problem I have is that TMU doesn't allow me to select and copy the text input from the nickname, so I think I have to rewrite it again. Is there any way to get it from ingame or from a file? Because I can't find those characters that look like brackets anywhere. Maybe anyone can help me with them? Much apreciated

Copy and paste work well on TMU and TM2.

Simply select text, press CTRL+C to copy on TMU then CTRL+V to paste text in TM2

P.S. Selection on TMU work fine, but text is not highlighted.
To select put your cursor at the end of the nick, then hold shift and press left arrow until cursor reach other side, release both key then use CTRL+C

P.P.S. Anyway... Here you can easy create your nick.
