Just one minor thing which can be little bit irritating.
If I'm using the browser on less than half of the screen size, the upper control part of the site (containing portal, private messages and the logout button), is not usable any more. I can scroll through the full page with the mouse and the scroll bars on the side and the bottom of the window, but I can't move the control panel. For this, I need to resize the browser as a whole to be able to click the logout button.

Actually what I mean is, that the control panel does not work with a browser window size, which is smaller than the control panel width. Can this be made somehow more dynamic?

Maybe give 1 cm more space right from the logout button, so that it looks more symmetrical when compared to the left side with the portal.
