Clicking Install & Play doesn't do anything

As the title suggests, when I click Install and play the game doesn't do anything. I tried this with the game turned on or off. Neither worked. Any ideas?

Ensure you're using a somewhat normal browser (Firefox/Chrome certainly work, IE11 might) and ensure you've bound the maniaplanet protocol to the game executable (not automatically done for Steam installations).
