I drove a replay for this map (valley car in valley) with the multienvironment title pack and now can't upload the replay as it was driven with the wrong title pack ...
I know it isn't the fault from MX for the messed up incompatibility of the title pack system, but is it possible to fix this somehow? I mean, I use the valley car in valley and now I need to check on MX in which title pack the map was build to be able to upload a time for it?

It's not allowed because everyone also needs the TM2 titlepack to load your replay while the track only requires Valley. If Nando fixes this issue this could be revised, though.
