Block transition from slop to platform?

Hi,

i remember seeing in some esl tracks that there was a transition from slope to platform (something like this):

is there a better way?

EDIT: other question how can you remove block clips?

you can set up my cancer esl blocks with Q key
sets the block 1,345m high, same height as nadeo road, 1 and 0 , so 3 variations in total
not sure there is a better way yet
