I've released my first canyon track. First I thought about making a tech track, because sliding i so cool, but then I though that are are so many experienced tech-builders who are doing better than I could. So I decided to do what I can do best: a fullspeeder for online. I just wanted to do the exaxt same style I've built on island and stadium. But since canyon is more the coast of tm2(?) and I also changed from KB to pad, things went a little different.
So, what do you might expect from one of my tracks, and what do you get?:
- quick, crazy PF-start: once included it had to go after the update
- full respawnability: of course, no discussion about that point
- easy for online: I think it's very suitable for online, but not x-wing-easy; crashing is just so much fun now
- high speed: this track is fast too, but not at max.speed all the time
- big jumps: I've managed to include one big jump, but I had to focus on driving as well
- no (few) transitions: here I've included some, but I think they are not hard and fit well into the track
