[Track Upload] Track exists in DB after failed or aborted upload  
I get 'track already exists' after trying to upload a track but failing to becuase my screenie was wrong dimensions.

After correcting the screenie, I get the error, which must mean the track went into the filesystem, but never got cleared out when the upload failed.
