this is my entry for the MTC December 2018!
Theme: Build a map with UnitedCar physics.
I decided to build a
CoastCar on Lagoon map.
About the map:
It has quiet some length, as I wanted to use all the surfaces in this map.
There is even a little bit of beach and grass.
The first half of the map consists of slow corners. It is very technical. You can use an intended little "cut" in the 2nd turn. There is a nice transition from ship to the city part. Doing a tight city part, was one of the main ideas here, as the CoastCar is so slow. Another idea was to build a wallride, as this block doesn't exist in the original Coast environment. Also after that, there is some transitional stuff. The street in the end reminds on some typical Coast corner combinations. The downhill street turns work very similar to the original environment. The 2nd half of the track does have a much higher average speed.
