complexity of road works

This has been an absolute ride. Importing a map from TMNF is a very difficult thing to begin with, but I went into this project with no idea some of the things that happened will happen. I have fixed these issues with items, so I will provide you with an item download pack.

Huge thanks to deus to making this beauty of a map in TMNF. Also, thanks to him for letting me import it. I hope I did the map justice. Also, thanks to matt for helping me with validation and spotting the differences.
