Stuck keyframes with camera path

when I use camera path and I place the 4th keyframe for example, the first 3 keyframes become 'stuck' showing just a still image of the start of the video - then when it gets to the 4th keyframe the camera continues. But if I delete this 4th keyframe everything runs ok again. any help?

Is the interpolation set correctly on the 4th one?

whoops lol ^^ forgot to move the camera on the 2nd keyframe - all I did was move the rotation so nothing happened ^^
