[N/A]Track side slow, BB code does not work

The site is very slow for a few days, when the tracks are the comments and awards until much later, and today does not the BB code.
See Screen...
I have the impression these problems since there are the blogs.

The comments and awards will be replaced with something less dynamic (no AJAX requests).

As for your second problem. You can't quote in track comments and awards.

I wonder why there's the Qoute button in the editor ?
I know the answer but then you have him distinguish between the Forum Page and Track Page.

And why the entire page at a time is so slow ?

It's standard editor used site-wide. Configuring it to work for specific editors makes it too difficult to work with and manage.
