Yes but that's because that character of M, is the same as TM has been for years.
Now i don't see a good reason to change the X because of maniaplanet. Everything hangs around TM, and also maniaplanet and maniaexchange.
And also, i don't see any relations between maniaplanet (function & font) with UBI.

I agree with mrA. Current logo looks too much like maniaplanet's one. But the reason for this is not the X, it's the planet. Maybe we could try to change the planet a little, but leave X as it is?

And I'm not entirely sure why we have to separate ourselves so much from the other aspects of the game... after all, if it hadn't been for TMX I would've stopped with the Trackmania series a long time ago. But that's just my two cents ;)

We had an X for years, and by making the X into the tmx X, we get to keep that too!

Just started to realize that it looks like we belong to Mania Planet.
However, the TMX 'X' looks insanely bad on this "clean" and "modern" design.
